Introduction:
For AM-30 jigging machine, the maximum feeding size is 30mm, and it can discharge up and down at the same time. As kind of large size jigging machine which was widely used at present,it can work continuously, .
Jigger of this model is only used to process hematite at first,  and now it has been also applied to the beneficiation of  limonite, specularite, manganese ore, barite, fluorite, lapis lazuli, mercury ore, antimony, etc  with its great dressing efficiency.

Working Principle:
AM-30 jigger is rectangle side-moving jigger with two rows and four chambers. The motor drives the reduction gear to move by the transmission belt and there are eccentric adjustment device at the two ends of the output shaft of the reduction gear. The eccentric adjustment device drives the connecting rod to bring the driving pan to do alternative motion squeezing the liquid in the cell body to move. The moving water-flows impact the ore on the screen to make the ore in the shape of free-falling body in the liquid. The ore grains own different dropping speed in the liquid because of the different density, so the ore will separate naturally. Finally, the heavier ore will be discharged out of the cell body after the adjustment and the lighter ore floats the waste-discharging mouth to be discharged and the whole ore beneficiation process is finished.

The main composition of fluorite is CaF2, kind of most important mineral to extract fluorin. Fluorite without any color can be made to special optical lens. Fluorite can also used as flux in steel processing, as catalyst in production of opalescent glass and china. 

The separation of fluorite is floatation separation and gravity separation. Floatation separation is used much more widely, and is also the only way to get high-quality fluorite powder. Gravity separation is mainly for the coarse fluorite embedded ore to gain matellurgy fluorite blocks, and it also lowers the human power and improves the beneficiation efficiency.

The density of fluorite is 3-3.3g/cm3, while that of the gangue is 2.2-2.6g/cm3, and the density difference makes it possible for gravity separation to beneficiate fluorite. The efficiency will be limited for the gravity separation because of the granularity size. In order to improve the beneficiation efficiency, Gongyi Forui has designed jiggers specially for fluorite separation.
